How the free trial works

Steps

1. Sign up. The trial starts at once; you don’t enter a card.
2. Confirm your email with the link we send. You need it before you connect accounts that post automatically.
3. Home shows how many days are left (“12 days left in your free trial.”). Tap Plans there to see the options.
4. We email the workspace owner 3 days and 1 day before it ends.
5. To keep the trial’s features, choose a plan under You → Plan & billing any time before or after it ends.

What you’ll see

If you don’t choose a plan, the workspace moves to Free when the 14 days are up. Auto-posting stops 7 days later, and we email you before it does; after that your scheduled posts become reminders and you post them yourself. Nothing is deleted. Free’s limits apply from then on (reminders for 3 accounts, 10 posts a month, no API keys, 1 team seat).

What the trial includes

Auto-posting to up to 3 accounts, 30 posts in total for the trial (each platform counts as one), 10 X posts (a post with a link counts as 10), 2 team seats with approvals, API access and Boost (ad spend is charged by the platform to your own ad account).

Each social account gets one free trial. If an account already had a trial in another workspace, it can’t start a second one; you’ll see that it already had a free trial.
