Refund and Cancellation Policy
Full refund within 14 days, no questions. Ask within 14 days of your first payment, or of any renewal, monthly or yearly, and you get all of that payment back, including tax.
How to cancel
Under You → Plan & billing, tap Cancel plan and confirm. That’s it: no call, no email, no fee. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for and isn’t charged again. You can also cancel recurring payments from any Paddle receipt or at paddle.net.
How to get a refund
Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, which issues refunds. Ask from the link in your Paddle receipt email, at paddle.net, or by writing to hello@octoque.com and we’ll arrange it. We confirm your request by email the same day. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
EU and UK: right of withdrawal
If you’re a consumer in the EU or UK, you may withdraw from a paid plan within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason. Use Withdraw from contract here, or send us a clear statement by email. You don’t need to use a particular form. We confirm your withdrawal by email at once, with what you sent and when, and refund the full payment within 14 days, using the same payment method. We don’t charge for the days you used.
Model withdrawal form (optional): “To Zenproducts Technology Private Limited, hello@octoque.com: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following service: Octoque [plan], ordered on [date], account email [email], name [name], date [date].”
After 14 days
You can still cancel at any time; your plan continues to the end of the paid period. We don’t refund unused time after 14 days, except:
- if a feature you paid for stops working because of us, or we make your plan noticeably worse (we refund the unused part);
- if we close your account without a breach on your part (we refund the unused part);
- if the consumer law of your country gives you a refund.
Trials
Trials are free, need no card, and never turn into a paid plan by themselves, so there’s nothing to cancel.
Your legal rights
This policy adds to, and never takes away, the rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
