Post one video everywhere, each at its golden hour
Upload once, pick your accounts, write one caption (or tweak it per platform), and choose Each platform at its golden hour. Octoque schedules every platform separately and posts through each platform’s official API, so Reels, TikTok videos and Shorts go out on their own. Octoque posts for you on paid plans and during the 14-day trial; the Free plan only reminds you to post yourself. Most creators who post daily on 4 to 8 accounts use Creator at $29 a month.
What gets in the way
If you make short videos, you know this routine. Nothing about it is hard. It just eats the evening.
- The same upload, five times. Export, open Instagram, upload, caption, post. Open TikTok, do it again. Then YouTube, which wants a title. Then LinkedIn and X, which want shorter text.
- Everything goes out at once. Most tools post to every network at the same minute. But your TikTok crowd, your LinkedIn crowd and your YouTube crowd aren’t awake at the same hour, and if your audience lives in another country, your evening is their morning.
- Silent failures. A caption 20 characters too long for X, a TikTok setting you forgot, an account that needs reconnecting. You find out a day later, when the post simply isn’t there.
How it works for you
- Drop in the videoMP4 or MOV up to 1 GB, or a photo. Pick it from your library if you uploaded it before.
- Pick where it goesTap the accounts. Platforms that need something extra say so in plain words, like “add a YouTube title”.
- Write once, change only what needs changingKeep one caption in the Everywhere tab, then open X’s tab to shorten it or YouTube’s to add a searchable title. Counters show every limit as you type.
- Choose whenPick Each platform at its golden hour, a single time, your queue, or post now. Golden hour follows your audience’s time zone, not yours.
- See what happenedEach post shows Live, Scheduled or Needs you per platform. If something fails you get an email within minutes with a one-tap fix.

What matters most for creators
- Golden hour scheduling: each platform at its own hour, in up to three audience regions. Once you have a few posts, your own results take over from the starting points.
- Captions per platform: one caption or a different one per network, plus a proper YouTube title.
- Failed-post alerts with fixes: checks before posting, and a plain-words fix if a platform still says no.
- Insights across platforms: views, likes, comments and new followers side by side, who follows you and when they’re online, and a Monday summary email.
- Comments, messages and reviews: reply to fans from one place, with reply suggestions from Octoque AI.
- Carousels, Stories, threads and more: each platform’s own options, like Instagram music and people tags, TikTok drafts and YouTube playlists.
- AI assistants and API: on paid plans, ask Claude, Gemini, Copilot or Cursor to schedule for you through Octoque’s MCP server.

What Octoque doesn’t do yet
Better to know now than after you’ve moved your accounts over:
- Videos longer than 3 minutes need a part picked for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube (other platforms get the full video). Octoque is built for short-form, not long YouTube uploads.
- No X comments or X DMs in the inbox: X bills apps for reading them. Snapchat isn’t supported.
- Light listening only (Mentions, on Studio), and Boost turns a live post into an ad but isn’t a full ads manager.
- No native phone app. Octoque runs in your phone’s browser.
- The Free plan doesn’t post for you: it sends a reminder at each post’s time and you post it yourself. X auto-posting is on paid plans only, because X charges per post through its API.

Questions people ask
Does Octoque really post the video, or just remind me?
On paid plans and during the trial, it posts. On Free, it reminds you and you post. Octoque publishes through each platform’s official API, so Reels, TikTok videos and YouTube Shorts go out at the scheduled time without you opening the app. TikTok asks you to choose a few settings yourself (who can see it, comments, duets), and Octoque shows those before you schedule.
Can I add trending sounds?
On Instagram, yes: connect Instagram through Facebook and pick a song for a Reel. On TikTok, send the video to your TikTok drafts from Octoque, add the sound in TikTok and post it from there. Elsewhere, put the sound in the video file before you upload.
My audience is in another country. Does golden hour handle that?
Yes. Tell Octoque where your audience is, up to three regions, and golden hour follows their clock. The calendar still shows times in your own time zone. See built for creators everywhere.
Is TikTok available if I live in India?
TikTok is blocked in India, but if you run an account for an audience abroad you can still connect it and post. Octoque never hides a platform because of where you live.
What happens when the 14-day trial ends?
If you don’t choose a plan you move to Free. Auto-posting stops 7 days later (we email you first), and scheduled posts become reminders. Nothing is deleted. No card is taken during the trial, and paid plans have a full refund within 14 days of any payment.
