Import posts from a spreadsheet

Plan in a spreadsheet, then bring up to 200 posts in at once, checked row by row.

Steps

  1. Go to Calendar → Import and download the template.
  2. Fill one post per row: caption, platforms, date, time (empty for golden hour), and title, link, community or a Library file name where needed.
  3. Drop the CSV on the page. Each row says Ready or what to fix.
  4. Tap Schedule or Save as drafts.

Rows that need the composer

TikTok needs its own settings and Pinterest a board, so add those posts in New post.
