Share a client report, with your own brand

Steps

1. Open Insights and tap Client reports, then New report.
2. Give it a title, pick one account or All accounts, and pick the dates: last 7, 28 or 90 days, last month, or your own range (up to a year).
3. Tap Make the link. It's copied for you; send it to your client.
4. To make a PDF, open the link and tap Print or save as PDF. It prints on a light page.

What you’ll see

The report shows views, likes, comments, shares, saves, posts, engagement and new followers, views by day, each platform's numbers and the top posts, with numbers kept current from the platforms. It never shows anything else in your account.

Your own brand on reports (Studio)

Open You → Report branding. Upload a logo (PNG, JPG or WebP, up to 5 MB), add your agency's name and pick a colour. The preview shows what clients see. Tap Save.

Once a logo or name is saved, every client report and every brand results link shows your brand at the top and “Prepared by” your name at the bottom. Octoque's logo and “Made with Octoque” are left out.

Why the colour can come out darker

Report headings sit in white on your colour. If white text isn't easy to read on it (below the 4.5:1 contrast that accessibility rules ask for), reports use a darker shade of the same colour. The settings screen tells you when that happens and which shade is used.

Plans

Client reports work on every plan. Your own brand on them is part of Studio. If a workspace leaves Studio, reports go back to Octoque's look; the brand is kept and comes back if you return to Studio.

Stopping a link

Delete the report in Client reports and its link stops working straight away. Disconnecting an account deletes the reports made for that account only.
