Octoque now posts to 11 platforms. The four new ones are Pinterest, Bluesky, Reddit and Google Business Profile. Connect them in You → Connected accounts, then pick them in New post like any other account.
Each one asks for something the others don’t: a board on Pinterest, an app password on Bluesky, a community and title on Reddit, a location and post type on Google. This post covers what each needs and where the limits are.
- Octoque posts to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Facebook Pages, Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky, Reddit and Google Business Profile.
- Bluesky connects with an app password, not your main password. Octoque passes it straight to the connection and never stores it.
- A Reddit title can’t be changed after posting. Octoque can edit the text of a Reddit text post, never the title.
- Google Business Profile has three post types: updates, offers and events.[1]
- Reddit, Pinterest and Google Business Profile are never picked by default. You add them to a post on purpose.
What changed
Until 17 October 2026 Octoque posted to seven platforms. Pinterest and Bluesky were marked “next” on the Accounts page. Now all four are live, with their own settings in the composer, and one upload still goes everywhere you tick, each at its own golden hour.
Octoque posts through each platform’s official API. Nothing is scraped and nothing posts from a browser on your behalf.
- Connect: sign in, then pick a default board. Pins go there unless you choose another one on the post.
- Each pin: a board (or New board), a title of up to 100 characters, the link the pin opens, and alt text.
- Files: one photo or one video per pin. Text-only pins and multi-photo pins are blocked with a reason, so nothing is cut silently.
- A pin always carries its board, so it never lands on the wrong one. Pinterest is one of the platforms the Made with AI switch reaches.
Bluesky
- Connect: make an app password in Bluesky (Settings → Privacy and security → App passwords), then enter your handle and that app password in Octoque.
- Why an app password: it isn’t your main password and you can revoke it in Bluesky any time. Octoque hands it to the connection and never stores or logs it.
- Each post: up to 300 characters, with up to 4 photos or 1 video. Alt text on photos.
- Threads: Make it a thread works on Bluesky as on X and Threads: up to 10 posts, files on the first.
- Replies: Bluesky comments and DMs show in Octoque’s inboxes. See one inbox for comments, DMs and reviews.
- Connect: sign in and allow access.
- Each post: a community (pick one of yours or type a name; Octoque checks it exists), a title of up to 300 characters, a flair where the community asks for one, and NSFW or spoiler switches. The community’s rules open from the card, so you can read them before you post.
- Kinds of post: text, link, photo, gallery (up to 20 photos) or video. Octoque picks the kind from what you attach.
- The title is final. Reddit doesn’t let apps change a title after posting. You can still edit the text of a text post from the post page in Octoque.
Reddit communities set their own rules on self-promotion. A video you made for TikTok may not fit a community at all. Post where it answers the community’s question, not everywhere.
Google Business Profile
- Connect: sign in with the Google account that manages the business, then pick the location. Each location connects as its own account.
- Each post: an Update, an Event (title, start and end) or an Offer (code, link and terms), with a button such as Learn more, Book, Order, Shop, Sign up or Call. Up to 1,500 characters and one photo. Octoque doesn’t send video to Google.
- How long posts last: Google’s own help says posts older than 6 months are archived unless a date range is set.[1] Events and offers carry their own dates. Treat Google posts as news about the business, not a feed you fill daily.
- Reviews: Google reviews show in Comments, where you can reply, edit or delete your reply.
Picked on purpose: Reddit, Pinterest and Google
When you start a new post, Octoque doesn’t tick Reddit, Pinterest or Google Business Profile for you. Each needs choices the others don’t (a community, a board, a post type), and a vertical Reel rarely belongs on a business profile as it is. Tap the account under Where should it go? to add it to that post.
The same goes for importing posts from a spreadsheet: Reddit rows take a community and a title column, and Pinterest rows are pointed to the composer, because a pin needs a board.

Golden hour covers the new platforms too. Before Octoque has your own results, it starts Pinterest at 20:00, Bluesky at 12:00, Reddit at 08:00 and Google Business Profile at 10:00 in your audience’s time zone. These are starting points, not study results, and your own numbers move them.
What still isn’t here
- Pinterest carousels, board sections and pin edits.
- Bluesky edits and content warnings.
- Reddit polls and title changes.
- Video on Google Business Profile, and DMs on Pinterest and Google.
- Snapchat, Mastodon, Telegram, Tumblr, Twitch, WordPress, and Facebook personal profiles and groups.
- Pinterest: a default board picked, and a link that starts with https.
- Bluesky: an app password made in Bluesky, not your main password.
- Reddit: the community's rules read, a title you're happy to keep for good, and a flair if it asks.
- Google: the right location connected, and a post type (update, event or offer) that fits the news.
Questions people ask
Do the new platforms cost extra?
No. They are on every paid plan, like the other seven. See pricing.
Can I post one video to all 11 at once?
You can tick all of them. Pinterest takes one photo or video, Reddit and Google need their own choices, and Google takes a photo, not a video. Octoque tells you before posting which ones can’t take the files.
Does Octoque keep my Bluesky password?
No. The app password goes straight to the connection and is never stored or logged by Octoque. You can revoke it in Bluesky any time.
Why isn't Reddit ticked on my new posts?
On purpose. Reddit, Pinterest and Google Business Profile are added per post, because each needs its own choices.
Can I connect more than one Google location?
Yes. Each location connects as its own account, and you pick which ones get each post.
