Get a refund

Steps

1. Use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or go to paddle.net, or email hello@octoque.com and we’ll arrange it.
2. We confirm by email the same day.
3. The money goes back to how you paid, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

In the EU or UK

You can withdraw from a paid plan within 14 days without a reason. On Plan & billing, tap Withdraw from contract here (shown while you can), or use the withdrawal page.

After 14 days

You can still cancel any time; the plan runs to the end of the paid period. The exceptions are in the Refund Policy.
