Cancel your plan

Before you start

• You’re the workspace owner.
• Nothing to cancel on a trial: it never turns into a paid plan by itself.

Steps

1. Go to You → Plan & billing.
2. Tap Cancel plan at the bottom.
3. Confirm: “Cancel your plan? You keep it until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free.”

What you’ll see

You’ll see “Cancelled. Nothing more will be charged.” and the page says when your plan ends. Then you move to Free: auto-posting stops after 7 days’ notice by email, and scheduled posts become reminders. Nothing is deleted. Changed your mind within 14 days of paying? See Get a refund.

You can also cancel from any Paddle receipt email or at paddle.net. We email you 7 days before any renewal, so a renewal is never a surprise.
