Add welcome questions to your DMs
Up to 4 questions people can tap when they open a chat with you on Instagram or Facebook, plus Facebook's greeting.

Steps
- In Messages, tap Welcome questions.
- Type up to 4 questions per account (80 characters each).
- For Facebook, add a greeting. Write {first name} to use their name.
- Tap Save.
