See your posts in Google, Apple or Outlook Calendar

Make a private calendar link under You → Integrations and add it to your calendar app. Your scheduled and live posts show up there.

Updated

Steps

  1. Go to You → Integrations and tap Make my calendar link.
  2. Tap Add to Google Calendar, Add to Apple Calendar or Add to Outlook. Or tap Copy and paste the link into any calendar app that can subscribe to a URL.

What you’ll see

Each platform of each post appears as a 15-minute event: “Instagram: your caption”, with whether it’s scheduled, live or needs you, and a link back to Octoque. Posts from the last 60 days and the next 6 months are included.

Keep the link private

Calendar apps can’t sign in, so the link itself is the key: anyone who has it can see your post times and captions. It’s shown once. If it gets out, tap Reset link and the old one stops working; Turn off stops it altogether. It also stops if you leave the workspace.

How fresh it is

Your calendar app decides how often to check. Apple Calendar and Outlook usually check every hour or so; Google Calendar can take several hours. Octoque itself always shows the latest.
