When a post fails

“You’ve used all your posts” and other plan limits

What the plan-limit messages mean and your options: leave a platform out, wait for next month, or change plan.

Troubleshooting

  • You've used all 10 posts on Free this month. Upgrade for unlimited posts.

Free includes 10 posts a month, counted per platform (one post to 3 platforms uses 3), and reminds you to post them yourself. It resets on the 1st of the month (UTC). Paid plans have unlimited scheduling and post for you. See Plans and limits.

  • The free trial includes 30 posts and you've used them. Pick a plan to keep posting automatically.

The trial’s 30 posts are for the whole 14 days, counted per platform. Pick a plan to keep posting, or wait for the trial to end and use Free’s reminders.

  • You've used this month's 30 X posts on Starter (a post with a link counts as 10). Upgrade for more, or leave X out.

X posts have their own monthly allowance: Starter 30, Creator 150, Studio 500, and 10 in the trial (Free sends reminders only). A post to X with a link counts as 10, because X charges far more for links. Leave X out of this post, or change plan.

  • Your plan includes 3 accounts that post automatically. Upgrade for more, or disconnect one first.

You’ve connected as many auto-posting accounts as your plan includes. Disconnect one, or change plan.

  • Your plan includes 1 team member. Upgrade to Studio for 5.

Your plan’s team seats are full. See Invite someone.

  • API access is on every paid plan. Upgrade to create a key.

API keys come with Starter, Creator, Studio and the trial.

  • Starter allows 3 accounts and you have 5. Disconnect some first.

You’re moving to a plan with fewer accounts. Disconnect accounts until you’re within it, then change plan.
