Delete your account

Under Privacy & data, confirm with your password (or with Google). Scheduled posts are cancelled; live posts stay on the platforms. This can’t be undone.

Before you start

  • Want a copy? Download your data first.
  • Paying? Cancel your plan first.
  • As the owner, deleting your account deletes the workspace, its posts and its team’s access. Make someone else owner first if the team should carry on.

Steps

  1. Go to You → Privacy & data.
  2. Under Delete my account, type Your password, to confirm. If you only sign in with Google, tap Confirm with Google instead; you then have 15 minutes to delete.
  3. Tap Delete my account.

What you’ll see

You’re signed out. Your files are removed at once and every platform connection is released; the rest is erased within 30 days. A minimal record (name, email, country, dates) is kept for 180 days as India’s IT Rules require. Details: Deleting your data.

Troubleshooting

  • That password isn't right.

    Enter your current password. Forgot it? Reset it first from Forgot password?.

  • You can’t sign in at all

    Use the privacy request form from your account email, or write to hello@octoque.com.
