Reconnect an account
When an account shows Reconnect needed, sign in on the platform again. Your posts and history stay as they are.
Updated
Before you start
- You’re the workspace owner, an admin or a manager.

Steps
- Go to You → Connected accounts. The account shows Reconnect needed.
- Tap Reconnect next to it.
- Sign in on the platform’s page and allow Octoque again. Use the same account: signing in as someone else connects a different account.
- Back in Octoque, the account shows Connected.
- Open any post that didn’t go out while it was disconnected and tap Retry.
Why accounts need reconnecting
Platforms end app access when you change your password, remove the app in their settings, lose access to a Page, or after a long time without use. Octoque emails you and shows it in Activity when a post fails for this reason.
