Disconnect an account

Disconnecting removes Octoque’s access to that account and erases its results here. Your post history stays.

Before you start

  • You’re the workspace owner, an admin or a manager.

Steps

  1. Go to You → Connected accounts.
  2. Tap Disconnect next to the account.
  3. Confirm. Octoque asks: “Disconnect @handle? Posts waiting to go out there won’t post, and its results leave Octoque. Your post history stays.”

What you’ll see

The account leaves the list. Past posts keep their platform and handle and read Disconnected account. Posts that were still waiting won’t go out on that account. Live posts stay on the platform until you delete them there.

Troubleshooting

  • We couldn't disconnect that account just now. Try again in a minute.

    We couldn’t release the platform access just then, so nothing changed. Try again in a minute.
