Password, notifications, downloading and deleting your data.
- Choose your notificationsPick what Octoque tells you about, and set quiet hours. Activity keeps the full list of what happened.
- Sign in with Google or a passwordContinue with Google, or use your email and password. Manage both under You → Sign-in & security; Forgot password? on the log-in page resets a password.
- Download your dataGet your account, team, posts with results, connected accounts and settings as a JSON file, and your uploads as a zip.
- Notifications and alerts on your phoneThe bell shows what went live and what needs you. Turn on alerts to hear about it on your phone or computer, even with Octoque closed.
- How long we keep your dataYour posts and uploads stay while your account is open. Videos leave 90 days after they’re live, and accounts nobody uses for 2 years are deleted after two emails.
- Delete your accountUnder Privacy & data, confirm with your password (or with Google). Scheduled posts are cancelled; live posts stay on the platforms. This can’t be undone.
