Best Sendible alternatives in 2026

Sendible is built for agencies: a workspace per client and unlimited users. In 2026 its entry plan went from $29 to $35, approvals moved to the $99 plan, and its terms allow no refunds. Here are eight alternatives.

The short answer

If you’re an agency, SocialPilot (approvals from $50) and Vista Social (approvals and inbox from $99) are the closest. If approvals are the main job, Planable and Loomly include them on their entry plans. If you’re one creator, an agency tool is more than you need: Octoque starts at $15 for 3 accounts and times each platform separately.

Why people look for a Sendible alternative

These come up most in Sendible’s own documentation and in recent public reviews. Each links to where we saw it.

  1. Price changes in 2026: the entry plan went from $29 to $35, and the approvals plan from $89 to $99 with fewer profiles. (Sendible pricing, May 2026 archive)
  2. No refunds for prepayment or proration under its terms. (Sendible terms)
  3. Approvals need Plus at $99 a month; Core has none. (Sendible pricing)
  4. Some Trustpilot reviews mention billing timing and slow support (Sendible’s score there is 4.3 from 25 reviews). (Trustpilot reviews of Sendible)

Sendible also does things well, and it may still be the right tool for you: unlimited users on every plan, even the $35 Core plan; agency tools: a workspace per client, client dashboards and Client Connect, with white label as an add-on.

The alternatives

Octoque (made by us)

Best for: Creators who post one short video to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X and more, each at that platform’s own hour.

Price
Free: reminders only, you post (3 accounts, 10 posts a month); Starter $15 a month for 3 accounts, posting for you; Creator $29 for 8. Pricing
Why pick it
  • Golden hour on every plan: each platform at its own time, in your audience’s time zone.
  • Accounts included in the plan, not billed one by one; approvals from Creator.
  • 14-day trial with no card that posts for you (3 accounts, 30 posts), and a full refund within 14 days of any payment, renewals included.
  • API and MCP server on every paid plan.
Watch out for
New, with no third-party reviews yet. Lighter listening than Brandwatch-class tools (Mentions, on Studio: no web, news or forums); boosts live posts but has no full ads manager; no X comments or DMs in the inbox, and no routing or assignment for teams. The Free plan doesn’t post for you, and there’s no native phone app.

Compared with Sendible: Octoque refunds any payment within 14 days (Sendible’s terms allow none) and includes approvals from Creator ($29). Sendible has unlimited users, client dashboards, branded reports and WordPress, which suit agencies better. See Octoque for agencies.

How to choose

  • You need approvals under $99: Octoque Creator ($29, 2 seats), Planable Basic ($39 per workspace), SocialPilot Standard ($50), Loomly Starter ($65).
  • You have many clients: compare workspace and profile limits; Sendible’s 6 profiles per workspace can be tight.
  • You hit the daily send cap: Core allows 100 sends a day per workspace. Octoque’s paid plans have unlimited scheduling (X has its own allowance).
  • You want refunds: Octoque, Publer and Loomly refund within a set window of each payment.
How we compared

We read each tool’s own pricing page, help centre and terms on 14 October 2026, and linked every price and drawback to its source. Reasons for leaving come from Sendible’s own documentation and recent public reviews, which skew negative by nature. We did not run a long hands-on test of each tool, so this compares published plans and documentation, not day-to-day reliability. We picked tools that solve the problems above, not every scheduler on the market. Corrections to hello@octoque.com.
