Best SocialPilot alternatives in 2026
By Kumar Gaurav, founder of OctoqueUpdated Facts checked
If you’re one creator, Buffer and Publer cost less for a few accounts, and Octoque Creator ($29 for 8 accounts) adds insights and each platform at its own hour. If you’re an agency, Sendible gives unlimited users from $35, and Vista Social includes approvals and an inbox on its entry plan. If SocialPilot’s price per account is what you like, it’s still hard to beat at 50 accounts.
Why people look for a SocialPilot alternative
These come up most in SocialPilot’s own documentation and in recent public reviews. Each links to where we saw it.
- The $30 Essentials plan has no analytics, inbox or approvals, so teams move up to $50 or $100 a month. (SocialPilot pricing)
- Yearly plans aren’t refundable, and monthly refunds only cover a renewal you forgot to cancel. (SocialPilot refund policy)
- Some recent reviews mention scheduling bugs far in advance and unclear errors on failed posts (SocialPilot’s Trustpilot score is 4.1 from 58 reviews). (Trustpilot reviews of SocialPilot)
- The public API is only on Enterprise, for anyone who wants to schedule from their own scripts. (SocialPilot plans)
“Scheduling is a bit buggy when trying to schedule weeks in advance”
SocialPilot also does things well, and it may still be the right tool for you: low per-account cost at agency size: 50 accounts and unlimited users for $200 a month; client management, client approvals and white-label reports from Premium.

We read each tool’s own pricing page, help centre and terms on 14 October 2026, and linked every price and drawback to its source. Reasons for leaving come from SocialPilot’s own documentation and recent public reviews, which skew negative by nature. We did not run a long hands-on test of each tool, so this compares published plans and documentation, not day-to-day reliability. We picked tools that solve the problems above, not every scheduler on the market. Corrections to hello@octoque.com.
